This is for a non-refundable retainer to block our schedule for your event. We will contact you to determine your exact needs and set up a contract for your event. You will be sent a subsequent contract to approve the costs and instructions for how to remit payment for the remaining amount.
This is a 2-hour reservation for your event. It includes the documented features as found on the website austinpartyprints.com. Your entire amount is due at time of booking. Cancellations at least 3 days in advance will be refunded in full. Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance will be refunded minus a $50 booking fee. No refunds for cancellation of the event within 24 hours of event.
